The new PDL laser can remove varicose veins and telengiectasia within the first session. Immediate results are sometimes seen depending on the nature of these veins. This treatment works very well for small and medium sized vessels. For larger vessels, Endovenous Vascular Laser Treatment and Sclerotherapy are available.
